Andrew was a Stanford student athlete and first generation student who completed his degree in
Biology while studying psychology in the Behavior Design lab at Stanford. While in the Behavior
Design lab Andrew learned how to apply validated models, methods, and frameworks to design for
positive habits and behavior change. Since leaving Stanford, he has worked with several Fortune
500 companies to design programs that help people build successful habits in health, wellness,
and financial wellbeing. Andrew wants to help students acquire the skills, tools, and mindsets they
need to build the habits and life they want.
